Phoebus Little League Privacy Policy

Phoebus Little League (PHLL) uses modern information management computing
systems to execute our baseball and softball programs. The information you
provide to us about yourselves and your children either by manual paper
application or our online registration website (www.phoebuslittleleague.com) is
used in these systems to automate league functions such as scheduling, roster
building, player registration, and team communication.

PHLL takes the responsibility of safeguarding data you provide us very seriously
and will never misuse this data for purposes of financial gain or other illconceived
purpose. For example, we will never sell this data to third parties so
that they can solicit you for goods or services. Please note that our website
sponsor, Sports Illustrated Play (SI Play), can offer you solicitations for their
goods and services via email only if you explicitly enable that option in our
website during online account creation. This option is disabled by default.

Please note that even if you register for PHLL in person and don’t actually enter
your data online, your data is entered manually into our PHLL league website by a
PHLL board member as designated by the board president or information officer.

Your player’s data is password protected and only accessible by authorized
personnel as designated by PLL’s president or information officer. At no time will
this data be accessible by the general public. Information sharing amongst other
parents of our league is limited to just first initial, last name, team, and jersey
number and is for purposes of viewing team rosters. The specific data safeguard
protections employed by our PLL website is explained in detail by SI Play’s
privacy policy located at: http://www.siplay.com/privacy-policy

In addition to the data use as described for our website, Little League
International requires that we upload electronic player, manager and coach data
to their website by April 1 of each year. Little League International privacy policy
can be found here: http://www.littleleague.org/PrivacyPolicy.htm
